Delete your data

You can have your LumiLabs account and personal data deleted at any time. This removes your account, uploaded photos, generated pages, saved projects and custom scenarios. Order records required for bookkeeping are retained with your identity removed. See our privacy policy for the full picture.

Request deletion by email

Enter the email address on the account. We verify ownership by replying to that address before deleting anything, so nobody can erase an account they do not own. Completed within 7 days of verification.

Facebook login users: this page is the data deletion instructions URL for our Facebook app. Deleting your account here removes the data associated with your Facebook login as well.
